摘  要:本研究在借鉴已有情感能力研究的基础上构建了社交媒体环境中大学生情感能力的结构模型,实证分析情感能力各结构要素"情感意识、情感调控、情感表达和人际交往"之间的关系。通过对哈尔滨、沈阳、南京、曲阜4个城市5所高校使用社交媒体大学生的问卷调查,运用AMOS21.0进行因子分析和结构方程模型分析。结果显示:"情感意识→情感调控"、"情感表达→情感调控"的路径关系成立,而"情感表达→人际交往"的路径关系不成立。情感意识对人际交往有直接的显著性正向影响,也通过情感调控这一中介变量对人际交往产生间接影响。Based on the existing research on emotional ability, this study constructs a structuralmodel of college students' emotional ability in social media environment, and empirically analyzes therelationships among emotional awareness, emotional regulation, emotional expression and interpersonalcommunication. Based on a questionnaire survey of social media use among students of five collegesin four cities, i.e. Harbin, Shenyang, Nanjing and Qufu, AMOS 21.0 was used for factor analysis andstructural equation model analysis. The results showed that the path relationships of "emotionalawareness - 〉 emotional regulation" and "emotional expression - 〉 emotional regulation" wereestablished, but the path relationship of "emotional expression - 〉 interpersonal communication" wasnot established. Emotional awareness has a direct and significant impact on interpersonalcommunication, and it also has an indirect impact on interpersonal communication through themediating variable of emotional regulation.
