摘  要:教育评价观是撬动新时代教育改革与发展的杠杆,对学生发展起着重要的导向作用。由于千年考试文化等影响,我国教育评价观存在着突出的"唯分数""唯升学""唯文凭""唯论文""唯帽子"的顽瘴痼疾。基于新时代办好人民满意的教育、建设教育强国和培养德智体美劳全面发展的社会主义事业建设者和接班人的新要求,立足学生发展,亟需尽快破解"五唯"顽疾,构建新时代教育评价观(德育观、智育观、体育观、美育观、劳动教育观),全面贯彻落实党的教育方针。The concept of educational evaluation is the lever to leverage the reform and development of education in the new era and plays an important guiding role in the development of students. Due to the influence of the Millennium Examination Culture,there is a persistent illness in China's educational evaluation concept that"only for scores,only for entrance to school,only for diplomas,only for papers and only for hats " are prominent. Based on the new requirements of running a satisfactory education for the people,building a powerful country in education and training builders and successors of socialist undertakings with all-round development of morality,intelligence,physical education and aesthetic labor in the new era,and on the basis of student development,it is urgent to solve the persistent problems of the"Five Only" as soon as possible and construct the educational evaluation concept of new era( moral education concept,intellectual education concept,sports concept,aesthetic education concept,labour education concept,etc.),and implement the party's educational policy in an all-round way.
