基于专业技能标准的应用型旅游管理本科专业课程开发策略初探

摘　　要：我国正处于高校转型和推进高等教育标准体系建设的关键时期,加快应用型本科专业技能标准研究是推进高校转型和实现教育标准化的重要环节。目前我国还没有本科专业技能的国家标准,论文在"旅游管理专业应用型本科人才培养技能标准"课题研究的基础上,探讨如何围绕专业技能标准,从工作任务引领课程设置,构建模块化课程体系,进一步开发课程技能标准,建立面向实践技能的课程评价体系等方面组织课程建设,以促进专业技能标准的真正落实,实现应用型本科人才的培养。China is in the key period of the transformation of colleges and universities, and the construction of the standard system of higher education. It is an important link of promoting the transformation of colleges and universities and realizing the standardization of education to accelerate the study of the standard of applied undergraduate specialty skills. At present, there is no national standard for undergraduate specialty skills in China. On the basis of the research on the skills standard for the training of applied undergraduate talents in tourism management, this paper discusses how to organize curriculum construction from guiding the curriculum setting, constructing a modular curriculum system, further developing the standard of curriculum skills, and establishing a curriculum evaluation system oriented to practical skills around professional skills standards. These measures can promote the implementation of specialty skills standard and achieve the training of applied undergraduate talents.
