摘　　要：应用技能型人才的培养特别强调实践能力的培养,实训基地的建设得到了政府与学校的高度重视。以某高职学院土建类专业校内实训基地建设为例,介绍其目前存在的主要问题,并在基地建设发展趋势分析基础上,按照建设原则与建设依据,在大局观下进行土建类专业校内实训基地的规划与构建。The training of applied skilled talents especially emphasizes training base has been highly valued by the government and schools the cultivation of practical ability. The construction of Taking the construction of the training base of civil engineering major in a higher vocational college as an example, this paper introduces the main problems existing at present. Based on the analysis of the development trend of the base construction, according to the construction principle and basis, it carries out the planning and construction of the training base of civil engineering major in the overall situation.
