摘  要:随着社会的发展、医学的进步和教育领域的深化改革,我国医学研究生教育有了很大的改变。但伴随着医学教育规模的迅速扩大,医学研究生的培养质量却呈现下滑的趋势。临床医学专业学位研究生是国家医疗卫生事业高层次人才的主力军,为了促进临床医学专业学位研究生教育的发展和繁荣,保证专业学位研究生培养质量,本文从当前临床医学专业学位硕士研究生培养过程中存在的问题入手,明确临床医学专业学位硕士研究生教育培养目标和质量标准,从多方面阐述了建立一套科学、系统的质量评价体系对提高临床医学专业学位硕士研究生培养质量和促进我国医疗卫生事业的快速发展具有十分重要的作用。With the development of society, the progress of medicine and the deepening of educational reform, medical postgraduate education in our country has changed greatly. However, with the rapid expansion of the scale of medicine education, the training quality of medicine education has shown a declining trend.. Graduate degree in clinical medicine is the main force of high-level talents in national medical and health undertakings. In order to promote the development and prosperity of postgraduate education in clinical medicine and ensure the quality of teaching, this article starts with the problems existing in the current training of graduate students in clinical medicine, and defines the training goals and quality standards for professional degree postgraduate students in clinical medicine. The establishment of a scientific and systematic quality evaluation system is of great importance in promoting the rapid development of medical and health undertakings in our country and improving the teaching quality of professional degree postgraduate students.
