摘  要:当前社会市场上有关师范教育的教材读物种类繁多,但涉及师范生职业发展规划的读物则十分缺乏。这从侧面反映了对师范生职业生涯发展的规范性指导工作亟待加强。由陕西师范大学心理学院总支书记李录志及其团队所著的《成长与超越:师范生的职业发展研究》一书,可以说为当今师范教育的专业化发展提供了一种全新思路,展现出我国教育行业研究师范生职业发展问题的新水平。There are a great variety of textbooks and readings on normal education in market,but there is a shortage of the books on career development planning for normal university students. This shows we need to strengthen the normative guidance of the career development for normal university students. Growth and Surpass:The Career Development of Normal Students written by Li Luzhi and his team does not only provide a new way of thinking about the professional development of present normal education but also means a new level of the career development research of normal university students in China's educational field.
