摘 要:国家和广西壮族自治区对人才培养模式改革和学生实践能力培养非常重视,建立了企业参与的办学机制,制定促进校企合作办学是必然趋势。建立现代学徒制是职业教育主动服务当前经济社会发展要求,推动职业教育体系和劳动就业体系互动发展,打通和拓宽技术技能人才培养和成长通道,推进现代职业教育体系建设的战略选择。现代学徒制的校企合作模式是校企合作双赢的有效机制,通过深化产教融合、校企合作进一步完善校企合作育人机制,创新技术技能人才培养模式。文中分析当前中等职业学校物流服务与管理专业校企合作中存在的主要问题,提出现代学徒制下物流专业人才培养对促进校企深度发展的成效及途径。The state and Guangxi autonomous region attach great importance to the reform of personnel training mode and the cultivation of students' practical ability,and have established a school-running mechanism involving enterprises. It is an inevitable trend to establish a school-enterprise cooperative school-running system. The establishment of modern apprenticeship is a strategic choice for career education to actively serve the current economic and social development requirements,promote the interactive development of career education system and labor and employment system,open and widen the channels for the cultivation and growth of technical and technical talents,and promote the construction of modern career education system. The school-enterprise cooperation mode of the modern apprenticeship system is an effective mechanism for the school-enterprise cooperation to achieve win-win results. By deepening the integration of production and education and school-enterprise cooperation,the school-enterprise cooperation education mechanism is further improved,and the technical and technical personnel training mode is innovated. This paper analyzes the main problems existing in the current school-enterprise cooperation between the logistics service of secondary vocational schools and the management specialty,and puts forward the effectiveness and ways of the training of logistics professionals under the modern apprenticeship to promote the in-depth development of school-enterprise.
