摘　　要：随着政策和时代的变化,当前海南省中职物流管理专业课程设置存在较多问题。在对学校、企业进行调查研究的基础上,专业老师通过分析确定物流行业相关的岗位及岗位人才需要的技能,来制定相应的课程体系,提高教学质量和效果,培养符合企业需要的人才。With the change of policy and times,there are many problems in the curriculum design of logistics management specialty in secondary vocational schools in Hainan Province. On the basis of investigation and Research on schools and enterprises,professional teachers analyze and determine the skills needed by relevant posts and posts in the logistics industry,so as to formulate the corresponding curriculum system,improve the teaching quality and effect,and cultivate talents meeting the needs of enterprises.
