摘　　要：基于现代学徒制的"高职订单式"培养是实现高职毕业生走向就业的"零衔接",高职学生毕业后,就有适合自己的工作岗位。本课题结合我院化工煤炭类专业实践经验,探索了高职教育如何与企业深层次合作,共同培养适应岗位需求的高素质应用型技术人才。使高职院校培养出来的学生学到真正的本领。满足社会与企业要求的高素应用型技术人才。Based on the modem apprenticeship system,the ＂higher vocational order type＂ training is to realize the ＂ zero convergence＂ of higher vocational graduates to employment. After graduating fi＇om a higher vocational school, students will have suitable jobs for themselves. Based on the practical experience of chemical coal specialty in our hospital,this paper explores how to cooperate with enterporises in higher vocational education to train high quality applied technology talents. So that the students trained in higher vocational colleges learn real skills. High - quality applied technology talents that meet the requirements of society and enterporises.
