从教师资格面试看地方院校师范专业教学改革——以高中语文学科为例  

Teaching Reform of Normal Specialties in Local Colleges from Perspectives of Teacher Qualification Interview:A Case Study of Chinese in Senior High School

摘  要:面试是教师资格考试的重要内容。在高中语文学科教师资格面试中,考生凸显的问题主要表现为五个方面:审题抓不住重点、中学教材研究不够、学科专业基础不扎实、教学设计能力不足、教师基本功不过硬。针对以上问题,对师范专业教学改革有如下建议:一是完善教师教育课程,调整教学计划;二是强化教育实践活动,培养教学经验;三是加强学科知识教育,夯实专业基础;四是重视师资队伍建设,改革教学方法。Interview is an important part of teacher qualification examination. In the teachers’ qualifications interview of high school Chinese, the major problems are as follows: analyzing problem cannot catch the point, the study of middle school textbooks is not enough, the foundation of the subject is not solid, the teaching design ability is insufficient, and the basic skills of the teacher are not hard enough. In view of the above problems, the following suggestions should be made for the teaching reform of normal specialty: Firstly, improve the curriculum of teacher education and adjust the teaching plan. Secondly, strengthen the practice of education and cultivate teaching experience. Thirdly, strengthen the knowledge of subject knowledge and consolidate the professional foundation. Fourthly, pay attention to the construction of teaching staff and reform teaching methods.
