论书院制背景下师生关系的现实重构——基于师生共同体的视角

摘　　要：随着我国高等教育大众化的来临,高校师生关系逐渐疏远,偏离了大学之道和全人教育的要求。而师生共同体由于其平等关联、共生互学等特征,成了新时期重构师生关系的方向。我国部分高校尝试实施现代大学书院制,试图通过推行本科生导师制,构建师生共同体式的新型师生关系,回归大学精神,激发师生主体性,平等自由对话,共同探究真理,从而实现培养全人和创新型人才的历史使命。With the popularization of higher education in our country,the relationship between college teachers and students gradually alienates and deviates from the requirements of university ideology and whole-person education.The teacher-student community,featuring mutualism and reciprocal learning,has become the direction for reconstructing the teacher-student relationship in the new era.In our country,some universities are trying the modern college system intending to build a new type of teacher-student relationship by means of undergraduate tutorial system.They try to recover the university spirit and initiate the subjectivity of teachers and students in order to accomplish the historical mission of cultivating the whole person and innovative talents.
