推进民族职业教育加快发展的实践研究——以黔东南民族职业技术学院为例

摘　　要：民族职业教育在彰显民族特色、传承民族技术与文化、承续民族精神方面担当着重要职责,民族职业教育的发展对促进少数民族地区文化繁荣具有深刻的影响。通过黔东南民族职业技术学院对推进民族职业教育加快发展的实践和探索,围绕在民族特色新专业开发、民族文化课程开设、民族教育基地建设、民族项目研究、校园民族文化环境打造、民族文化社会服务等方面的重点建设,形成了典型的民族性办学特色,并对今后推动民族职业教育加快发展提出了建议。Minority vocational education undertakes significant responsibilities in aspects of highlighting minority features, inheriting minority technique and culture as well as carrying forward minority spirits. The development of minority vocational education imposes deep influence on the promotion of cultural prosperity in minority nationality regions. Typical schooling with minority characteristics is formed through a series of practices and explorations for accelerating development of minority vocational education by Qiandongnan Nationalities Polytechnic, including the development of new specialties with minority features, minority-featured course setting, construction of minority educational bases, minority research programs, creation of minority campus culture and social service of minority culture, etc. The thesis also puts forwards thoughts and suggestions on promoting the development of minority vocational education in the future.
