摘  要:我国职业教育长期存在吸引力低的问题。工业4.0时代对人才的需求将倒逼职业教育培养模式转型,从而成为职业教育吸引力提升的内在逻辑。重新定位人才培养目标,着力打造信息化创新人才;改革课程教学体系,培养学生的学习力和创新力;创新精准人才培养模式,开展企业定制化教育是提升职业教育吸引力的应然路径。Chinese vocational education has been exhibiting the low attraction for long time. The demands of industrial age 4.0 for talents will urge the cultivation mode of vocational education to transform, which will become the internal logic to improve the attraction of vocational education. Relocate the cultivation goal of talents to make efforts to build informatization and innovative talents; and reform the course teaching system to develop the learning and innovation ability of students. Creating accurate talent cultivation mode and carrying out the enterprise customization education are necessary paths to improve the attraction of vocational education.
