摘  要:教师评价对促进教师专业发展、提高教育质量具有重要意义。2008年,经济合作与发展组织开展了一种测量教师的教与学状况及其专业发展的项目——"教与学的国际调查"。这是国际上首个专门针对义务教育阶段教师展开大规模调查的跨国研究项目,它提供了教师评价及其反馈的测量框架和设计思路,为检视与改进我国当前的教师评价状况提供了参照系,即拓宽教师评价的主体,打通评价和反馈之间的渠道,建立全面一致的教师评价框架。Teacher evaluation is of great significance to promoting the professional development of teachersand improving the quality of education. In 2008, the Organization for Economic Co-Operation and Developmentlaunched a project to measure the teaching and learning of teachers and their professional development:“International Survey of Teaching and Learning” . This is the first international research project in the worlddedicated to large-scale investigations of teachers in compulsory education. It provides a measurement frameworkand design ideas for teacher evaluation and feedback, and provides a reference system for reviewing and improvingthe current evaluation of teachers in China, which is to broaden the subject of teacher evaluation, open up thechannels between evaluation and feedback, and establish a comprehensive and consistent teacher evaluationframework.
