摘  要:以哈尔滨职业技术学院实施现代学徒制为例,对校企"双主体"协同育人实施现代学徒制培养模式进行了探索与研究,在校企协同育人机制建设、人才培养制度和标准完善、学徒制课程体系构建、校企互聘共用的教学团队组建、管理制度的建立等方面进行了实践和探索,实现校企"双主体"协同育人。Taking the modern apprenticeship system in HarbinVocational and Technical College as an example, this paper explores and studiesthe mode of carrying out the modern apprenticeship system in the cooperation of“double subjects” in colleges and enterprises and constructs the cooperativeeducation mechanism in schools and enterprises. The system and standard of talent training, the construction of apprenticeship curriculum system, the establishment of teaching team and management system are carried out in practice and exploration so as to realize the cooperation of “double subjects” in school and enterprise education.
