摘 要:小微企业已逐步成为我国经济发展的生力军和就业的重要途径。小微企业创业者作为企业发展的核心资源,其个性特质对企业人力资源管理影响的研究还较为缺乏。本文通过探索性案例研究方法,以5家小微企业为案例,从创业者个性特质入手,探析创业者个性特质与其人力资源管理模式的关系。多案例研究发现,小微企业创业者个性特质会影响企业人力资源管理模式的选择,尽责性与准控制型模式相关,外倾性和开放性与准承诺型模式相关,而宜人性和神经质特质与两种模式均不存在明显的相关关系。At present, small & micro companies are becoming a new force of the economic development and a main channel of employment in China. This study focuses on the influence of an entrepreneur's characteristics on the human resource management model of small & micro com- panies. Applying an exploratory case study, the paper takes 5 small & micro companies as exam ples and explores the relationship between the characteristics of the entrepreneur and two human resource management models used in micro & small companies. The study shows that the charac teristics of an entrepreneur may influence the choice of the human resource management model by micro & small companies. There is a correlation between conscientiousness and a quasi control system, extraversion and a quasi-commitment system, and openness to experience and a quasicommitment system as well. Agreeableness and neuroticism, however, are not shown clear corre lations with the two models.
