高职院校教导双主体人才培养模式研究

摘  要:文章阐述了现行高职院校人才培养过程中存在的诸多问题,探讨了导师制的比较优势。本文着重研究将专业导师制和现行高职院校的统一班建制教学模式进行融合,形成班建制中的统一模式的"教"与专业导师制中"导"相互糅合的双主体人才培养模式。"教"注重基本知识体系的传授,"导"注重差异化培养,二者互为补充,相互促进。Beginning with expounding the current problems existing in the process of higher vocational education, this paper probes into the comparative advantage of tutorial system and it focuses on the professional tutorial system and the unity of the current higher vocational college' s teaching model to integrate class organizational system so as to form the double subjects training mode of teaching from the unified class organizational system and of "tutoring" from the professional tutorial system. "Teaching" pays attention to imparting the basic knowledge system, and "tutoring" pays attention to training the differentiation. The two subjects are complementary, and they can promote each other.
