摘 要:培养合格"明日公民"是教育发展的根本指向。高等教育应在充分授予学生"工具性"知识的同时,给予学生相契的公民教育。公民教育源于对学生个体私人性生存方式的超越,其本质在于,以公共生活为载体,从不同层面提升学生公民品格。大学教育,应针对学生"综合运用"的阶段性特征,着重加强他们的公民能力和公民实践的培养。开启学校公共生活,应从优化课堂教学品质、强化学生社会服务意识、提升教育者公共素养三方面,具体探寻培育新时代高校公民教育实施路径。The fundamental objective of education is to cultivate eligible “citizens of tomorrow”. While imparting adequate instrumental knowledge, institutions of higher learning should also equip students with proper citizenship education. Under the platform of public life in school, citizenship education transcends the private lifestyle of individual students, aiming to promote their civic characteristics from various layers. Concerning its periodical characteristic of “integrated application”, higher education should strengthen the cultivation of students in aspects of civic abilities and civic applications. To develop public life in schools, institutions of higher education should optimize the quality of classroom teaching, strengthen students‘ awareness of social services and promote educators’ public qualities, explore the implementation paths of civic education of universities and colleges in the new era.
