摘  要:随着国家教师资格考试制度的颁布与实施,中小学教师资格考试的组织管理更加趋于科学化、规范化和法制化。目前,我国教师资格认定逐步从"双轨"向"单轨"过渡,这可能会引发增加非师范生进入教师行列的难度、教师准入标准趋同单一、师德师风考核机制缺乏等问题。从STW理论看,我国教师资格考试制度存在以下问题:对教师教育课程设置产生应试性诱导,对教师专业化发展过程的弱化,对申请者职前教育实习考查不足等。根据STW理论,教师资格考试制度建设首先应突出实践本位,重视对申报者教学实践能力的考察;应采取阶段性认定方式,加强新手教师专业发展能力;对申请者职前教育实习经历作出规定,确保教师资格考试对新手教师选拔的有效性。With the promulgation and implementation of the National Teacher Qualification Examination system,the organization and management of teachers ' qualification in primary and middle schools tend to be more scientific,standardized and legalized. At present,the teacher accreditation from " dual-track" to " monorail" transition,may induce non-normal students to enter the ranks of teachers more difficult,the convergence of the standard of teacher access to a single,teachers ' ethics and the lack of evaluation mechanism. From the STW( School to Work) theory,there are some problems in the system of Teacher Qualification Examination in China: The teacher education curriculum has been tested and induced,the educational specialty of teachers ' is weakened and the applicants ' pre-employment education practice is not enough. According to STW theory,the construction of Teacher Qualification certificate system should stress the practice standard,pay attention to the study of the applicant's teaching practice ability,should take the stage cognizance way,strengthen the novice teacher 's professional development ability,stipulate the experience of the applicant 's pre-service education,ensure the validity of the teacher qualification examination to the novice teacher.
