摘　　要：笔者在中职护理专业"生物化学"多年教学中,开展了以职业行为能力培养为目的的教学探索与实践。从教学生"学会学习"出发,通过职业行为引导课堂教学,将学生的学习能力与职业能力和职业发展密切结合起来,激发学生的学习热情,获得了较好的教学效果。The author carried out teaching exploration and practice in order to develop professional behavior ability in the teaching of biochemistry in secondary vocational nursing specialty. Based on teaching students the concept＂learning to learn＂and through professional behavior to guide classroom teaching,combine students＇ learning and professional ability with career development,which arouses the passion of students in learning and gets better teaching effect.
