摘 要:我国已跃然成为世界上首个老龄人口过亿的国家,老龄化问题备受社会的关注。老年教育是在"以人为本"精神感召下对人终身发展的时代关怀,也是学习型社会下强烈的人文诉求,对于老龄群体的发展具有一定的社会调适功能。参照国外针对老龄群体教育赋权的有益做法,未来我国老年教育应重视以下四个方面:帮助老龄群体寻找老龄阶段的人生归属,使其安享迟暮之年的幸福;继续挖掘老龄群体的潜在价值,注重其产生的社会示范效应;扩大老年教育的辐射区域,有效利用其形成的社会资源;延长终身教育的链条,真正落实老年群体的教育赋权。China has become the first country in the world with over 100 million aging population. The problem of aging has increasingly aroused the attention of the society. The elderly education is the eoneem of people's lifelong development under the " people-oriented" spirit,and it is also a strong humane pursuit under the learning-oriented society,which has certain social adjustment functions for the development of the elderly group. Referring to the beneficial practices of education empowerment for the elderly abroad, education for the aged in China should pay attention to the following aspects in the future: helping the aged population to find the ownership of the aging stage and enjoy the happiness of their later life; continuing to explore the potential value of this group and focus on the social demonstration effects it produces; expanding the radiation area of the elderly education, and making effective use of its social resources; extending the chain of lifelong education, and truly implementing the education empowerment of the elderly group.
