摘　　要：专业群建设已成为解决高职院校发展瓶颈问题的主要举措,本文从国家重大战略、新疆化工行业发展规划、区域支柱产业需要和行业人才需求等方面论述了在北疆地区进行化工专业群建设的必要性和重要性。详细说明了化工专业群建设的内容与改革举措,指出了专业群建设需要的组织方式和保障机制,为化工专业群的建设提供参考方案。The construction of specialty group has become the main measure to solve the bottleneck problem inthe development of higher vocational colleges.The necessity and importance of the construction of chemical specialtygroup in Northern Xinjiang are discussed in terms of the needs of regional pillar industry and the demand of industrytalents.The contents and reform measures of chemical specialty group construction are described in detail,and theorganization mode and guarantee mechanism of specialty group construction are pointed out,which provides a schemereference for the construction of chemical specialty group.
