“互联网+”背景下高职校企合作模式的转变

摘　　要：高职院校开展校企合作要适应产业发展的形态与变化,文章针对"互联网+"背景下产业发展的柔性化特征,认为校企合作模式要从"学校推动"模式向"市场拉动"模式转变、由"点对点"模式向"面对面"模式转变、由"硬性单一"模式向"柔性多元"模式转变,并进一步提出高职院校要积极融入产业链,建立多元共治的市场化合作机制、构建与新型产业形态相适应的专业集群、探索协同育人的柔性化教学模式,从而实现校企合作模式的转变。Higher vocational colleges should adapt to the form and change of industrial development to carry out cooperation between schools and enterprises. This paper is aimed at the flexibility development of industry under the background of ＂Intemet ＋ ＂, and holds that the mode of school - enterprise cooperation should change from ＂school - driven＂ mode to ＂market - driven＂ mode, from ＂point- to- point＂ mode to ＂face-to- face＂ model, from ＂rigid single＂ mode to ＂flexible plural＂ mode. The paper further proposes three paths for vocational colleges to realize the mode changes, i. e, to actively build market - oriented cooperation mecha- nism, to set up specialty clusters corresponding to the new industrial form and to explore collaborative flexible teaching pattern.
