摘 要:小学教师在儿童终身成长和发展中具有奠基作用。提高小学教师培养质量是小学教师教育改革的核心任务。在当前经济和社会发展的新形势下,小学教师教育显现出:小学教师综合化培养,高校与地方政府、小学等有效协同培养,小学教师特色化培养,发挥大学"文化育人"优势和尝试"‘互联网+’小学教师培养"等发展趋势。这些新趋势要求小学教师教育改革:进一步加强政策有效引领,充分发挥培养院校办学主动性,重视小学教师教育者专业发展等应对策略。Primary school teachers play a foundational role in children’ s lifelong growth and development. Im-proving the quality of primary teachers is the core task of primary teacher education reform. Under the current newsituation of economic and social development, primary teacher education shows the development trends of compre-hensive training of primary teachers, effective co-cultivation of colleges and universities, local schools, primary schools,the specialization of primary teachers, and the advantages and attempts of the university’ s“cultural education” ,“Inter-net + primary teacher training” , etc. These new trends require the reform of primary school teachers’education: tofurther strengthen the effective guidance of policies, to give full play to the initiative of training colleges and universi-ties and to pay attention to the countermeasures of primary teachers and educators.
