摘　　要：在卓越人才培育的过程中,呈现出专业定位不准与教学目标设计不清、教学评价标准模糊与学生职业意识淡漠、课程体系陈旧与课程内容之间的矛盾以及培养模式多样与培养效果不佳之间的矛盾;为此,师范院校应通过做好卓越教师的顶层设计,明确课堂教学目标定位;规范卓越教师的评价指标,提升师范生的从教意愿;改革课程体系、优化课程教育内容;探寻有效的培养模式,促进培育效果的提升。In the process of cultivating excellent teachers, problems exist in the lack of professional orientation andclear teaching goals, blurring of teaching evaluation standards and the neglect of teachers’vocational consciousness,obsoleting of the curriculum system and curriculum content, diversifying training modes and the poor training effect.Therefore, normal colleges should clarify the teaching goals, standardize the evaluation index of excellent teachers, im-prove the normal students’willingness to teach, reform the curriculum system and explore the effective cultivationmode.
