摘  要:元认知策略是一种行之有效的提升高职学生专业课程学习效率的方法,它包括意识、指导,体验、调节与监控等策略。高职学生因其学习的实践性、专业性与自主性等特点,应特别注重学习的高效率。通过调查,分析了高职学生专业课程学习效率低的现状和产生的原因,并针对性地在高职专业课程教学过程中充分运用元认知策略,从意识、学习计划、监控与评估和自我管理等角度促进了高职学生学习效率的提升。Metacognitive strategy is an effective means to promote the learning efficiency of professional course for higher vocational students. It includes several strategies such as consciousness, guidance, experience, adjustment and monitoring. The higher vocational students should pay special attention to the high efficiency of learning due to their practical, professional and autonomous characteristics. Through investigation, the paper has analyzed the present situation and causes of the weakness of learning efficiency of professional courses for higher vocational college students, and accordingly made full use of metacognitive strategies in the teaching process of professional courses in higher vocational education. The learning efficiency of higher vocational students has been promoted from the aspects of awareness, learning plans, monitoring and evaluation, and self-management.
