摘　　要：李絜非是民国时期重要的历史教育理论家。他主张历史教学要以学生为中心;强调历史教学的目的和功能,应该立足国情、放眼世界。他基于史学基本原理,倡导科学的历史观,推崇历史知识的意义,认为历史教育应有益于人生,有益于国家。他重视公民教育,主张树立平等与尊重的态度,增进学习和生活的质量;强调学习外国史以养成世界眼光,力主培养批判性思维,养成公民品格。Li Shuifei was an important historical education theorist in the period of the Republic of China. He advocated that history teaching should be student-centered and emphasized the purpose and function of history teaching, which should be based on the national and world wide conditions, history study and its significance. Therefore, paying attention to the goal of ＂comprehensive history education＂ and emphasizing ＂civic education＂ should aim at stimulating, encouraging and guiding students to ＂gain the experience left over by the predecessors＂.
