摘　　要：在特征为0的任意域K上,给出了在R_k(G)上的诱导定理的逆命题,并证明了对某个子群簇,若在R_k(G)上的诱导定理成立,则在R_k(G)上相对于这个子群簇的诱导定理也成立,反之亦然,该定理加强了已有的结果。The subring of the character ring of a finite group consisting of the virtual characters which take values in a field K is considered, a converse of an induction theorem on this subring is obtained, and it is also shown that this converse is in fact equivalent to a converse of another induction theorem on the ring generated by the characters of the group algebra over the field K .
