摘  要:高校招生规模的不断扩大加大了公共课教学的难度,对公共课教法的要求也不断提高。《民族理论与政策》课作为民族院校面向全体学生开设的最具特色的共同课之一,其教法有着自身的特色与需求。教师在讲授过程中,必须要根据学生来自地域、民族身份、所学专业以及自身的先有经验来组织课堂教学,只有这样,才能使《民族理论与政策》课成为即有理论性又具实效性,即深受学生欢迎,并能为校园和谐、社会和谐服务的课程。As today's universities enrollment,the class scale is bigger and bigger in universities,the number of university students is also bigger and bigger.In particular,many students do not listen to the lectures seriously in a public course.In such circumstances,the paper has a discussion on the teaching methods of the public courses in Universities with 'Ethnic Theory and Policy' course an example.'Ethnic Theory and Policy' is a general course in Minzu universities,the teaching methods have its own characteristics and needs.The students who come from different regions,have different national identity and cultural background,so teachers should organize the classroom-teaching with different teaching means according to different persons,and make 'Ethnic Theory and Policy' course be an effective and theoretical course,so it can service campus harmony and social harmony.
