高职院校学生价值观教育创新对策探析

摘　　要：价值观是基于人的一定的思维感官之上而做出的认知、理解、判断或抉择,也就是人认定事物、辨别是非的一种思维或取向,从而体现出人、事、物一定的价值或作用,素质教育理念下,高职院校要切实提升学生的价值观水平,促进高职学生健康成长,因此,加强对高职学生的价值观教育显得十分必要。本文结合高职院校的教育和育人特点,分析了价值观对于高职学生的影响,并探究新时期高职院校学生正确价值观培养教育工作的有效创新对策。Value is a kind of thinking or orientation which is made on the basis of a certain sense of thinking,understanding,judgment or choice,that is,a kind of thinking or orientation in which people identify things and distinguish between right and wrong,so as to reflect the value or function of people,things and things.Under the concept of quality education,it is necessary for higher vocational colleges to enhance the level of students' values and promote their healthy growth.Therefore,it is necessary to strengthen the education of higher vocational students' values.Combined with the characteristics of higher vocational education and education,this paper analyzes the influence of values on higher vocational students,and probes into the effective innovative countermeasures for the cultivation of correct values in higher vocational colleges in the new period.
