摘 要:切实加强对中学生的人际沟通能力研究,采取有效的培养方式来增强其人际沟通能力,不仅能促进中学生发展健康心理和个体素质,也能从某方面预防中学生成长到大学阶段或成年阶段因欠缺沟通能力导致心理问题的现象发生。感悟式游戏教学是以教育心理学、发展心理学的相关理论、游戏治疗、表达性艺术治疗、体验式教学、感悟式教学等为基础,以学生为中心、为主体,营造积极安全和谐自由的环境,设计层层深入、多样化的结构式与非结构式的游戏,引导学生多感官多角度地感受与体验,悟出游戏内在的意义,从而获得身心和谐发展的教学模式。该研究采用"实验组前后测设计",自变量为感悟式游戏教学,因变量为中学生沟通能力水平,探索感悟式游戏教学对中学生沟通能力的影响。通过相关问卷调查选取重庆天星桥中学初二年级1—7班30名学生,进行10次感悟式游戏教学干预。得出如下结论:感悟式游戏教学能显著提高中学生的沟通能力。To strengthen the research on their interpersonal communication ability and adopte effective training methods to enhance their interpersonal communication ability will not only promote the development of healthy psychology and individual quality of middle school students, but also prevent secondary school students from growing into college or adulthood due to lack of communication skills leading to psychological problems.The perceptive game teaching is a teaching pattern of harmonious development of the body and mind of students, based on educational psychology, related theories of developmental psychology, game therapy, expressive art therapy, experiential teaching, perceptive teaching, etc.. It takes students as the center and the main body, and actively creates a safe, harmonious and free environment, and design layers of in-depth, diversified structural and non-structural games to guide students to multi-sensory and multi-angle feelings and experiences, to understand the intrinsic meaning of the game.This study used the 'measured before and after the experimental design', the independent variables for perception game teaching, the dependent variable for middle school students’ communication ability. Through the relevant questionnaire survey, 30 students from the 1-7 class in the second grade of Chongqing Tianxingqiao Middle School were selected and 10 perceptive game teaching interventions were conducted. We got the following conclusion: The perceptive game teaching could significantly improve the communication ability of middle school students.
