行动导向教学法在旅游商贸“双创型”人才培养中的实践探索——以《旅行社经营管理》课程改革为例

摘　　要：在旅游产业转型升级背景下,高等职业教育的教学实践面临着巨大的考验。旅游行业地位低、待遇低,学生对专业的认可度低,教师实践经验严重不足。为了培养"宽视野、厚基础、精技能"的职业经理人,笔者基于行动导向教学法的理论依据,结合多年的校企合作实践,从中借鉴企业管理经验将教学内容进行分解,探讨了行动导向法在旅游商贸类"双创型"人才培养中的具体方法。In the context of the transformation and upgrading of the tourism industry, the teaching practice of education in higher vocational education is facing a huge test. The tourism industry has a low status, low salary, low recognition of the major of students, and insufficient practical experience of teachers. In order to develop the "wide field, thick foundation, fine skills" of professional managers, the author based on the theory of action -oriented teaching method, in combination with many years of cooperation between colleges practice, from enterprise management experience for reference to decompose the teaching content, action-oriented method is discussed in the travel business class concrete method of "double type" talent cultivation.
