摘　　要：高职院校作为创新创业型人才的集中培养储备机构,在当前大众创业万众创新的社会背景下更是需要加快推进人才培养的进程。该文首先介绍了众创背景对高职院校创新创业型人才培养的重要意义,然后分析了当前人才培养模式中存在的问题,最后重点探讨了推进高职院校创新创业型人才培养的有效策略。Higher vocational colleges, as a centralized training reserve institution for innovative and entrepreneurial talents, need to accelerate the process of talent training under the current social background of mass entrepreneurship and innovation. Firstly, this paper introduces the significance of creating background to the cultivation of innovative and entrepreneurial talents in Higher Vocational colleges, then analyses the existing problems in the current talent cultivation mode, and finally focuses on the effective strategies to promote the cultivation of innovative and entrepreneurial talents in Higher Vocational colleges.
