摘  要:通过分析传统课堂教学模式存在的不足,以《实验室组织与管理》课程教学大纲的主要章节为主体参与课堂教学模式的实施范畴,通过制定主体参与课堂教学模式的实施策略,实施了该课程的主体参与课堂教学模式,取得了良好的教学效果。同时分析了学生在主体参与课堂教学中的主体地位及教师在教学过程中的主导地位等对教学效果的影响,在此基础上提出了可能进一步提高主体参与教学效果的部分思路。The defects of the traditional classroom teaching mode was analyzed.Taking the main chapters of the teaching syllabus of Laboratory Organization and Management as the implementation scope of the main body participating in classroom teaching mode,through formulating the implementation strategy of the main body participating in classroom teaching mode,the main body participating in classroom teaching mode of the course has been implemented,and good teaching effect has been achieved.At the same time,it analyses the influence of students’main body status and teachers’dominant position in the teaching process on the teaching effect.On this basis,it puts forward some ideas that may further improve the teaching effect of the main body participation.
