摘　　要：近几年,全国的毕业生人数逐年增加,2019年,毕业生达到834万,再次创历史之最,就业压力前所未有,高职院校的就业形势也会面临更加严峻的考验,其中高职院校经济困难学生的就业工作将会异常困难,经济帮扶已经不能够从根本上提升个人的就业能力,必须利用精准扶贫的理念对经济困难学生实施精准就业帮扶,有针对性地解决该类学生的就业困境,实现高质量就业,创新高职院校就业指导体系。In recent years,the number of graduates has increased year by year.In 2019,the number of graduates reached 8.34 million,which is the highest in history.Employment pressure is unprecedented,and the employment situation in higher vocational colleges will face even more severe tests.Among them,the employment work of students with financial difficulties in higher vocational colleges will be extremely difficult,and economic help has not been able to fundamentally improve their employability.We must use the concept of precise poverty alleviation to implement accurate employment assistance for students with economic difficulties.It aims to solve the employment difficulties of this kind of students,achieve high-quality employment,and innovate the employment guidance system of higher vocational colleges.
