摘　　要：班级文化建设是集体建设的核心所在。班级文化展示,则是通过班徽、班规、班歌、班级微信公众号的展示,有效发挥其整合文化、辐射活动、形成激励、提升水平的功效,是集体文化建设的第一步,是团队建设的基石所在。The construction of class culture is the core of the collective construction. Class culture display is through class logo, class rules, class song and We Chat public number display to effectively play the effect of the integration, radiation, incentive of culture and enhancing the level. It is the first step of collective culture construction, and is also the cornerstone of team building.
