摘　　要：In chorea-acanthocytosis, a neurological disorder associated with multisystem degeneration, amyotrophy and peripheral neuropathy are sometimes conspicuous. W e describe a patient with chorea-acanthocytosis who showed dist ributed nemalin e rods in biopsied muscle.
