摘　　要：在分析应用型人才培养需求的基础上,探索工程训练中心建设的理念、内涵和分阶段实施方案,对工程训练中心在应用型高校转型中的重要性、功能、基础设施、队伍建设、教学管理等多方面进行研究,提出整合校内资源、搭建互联互通实践教学平台、制定培养复合型工程技术人才的举措,为应用型高校的人才培养提供实践经验和理论参考。This paper analyses the need for applied talents' cultivation,exploring the concept,connotation and implementation plan by stages on the construction of engineering training center.Researching on the importance,function,infrastructure,team construction,teaching management and other aspects of engineering training center in application-oriented university transition,based on all the above studies.This paper puts forward a proposal that integrates the resources of campus,builds interconnected practical teaching platform,and cultivates inter-disciplinary engineering talents,which provides the practical experience and theoretical reference for talents training in application-oriented universities.
