摘　　要：“三个代表”重要思想对指导我们各项工作都具有十分重要的意义。新时期高校共青团工作要认真实践“三个代表”重要思想 ,以开发青年人力资源为核心 ,以服务学生为切入点 ,以加强校园文化建设为主线 。The idea of 'Three-representation' play animportant role in the every way of our work In the present time,colleges and universities need to practice the idea of 'Three-representation' in the daily work of Youth League We should lay the student's human resoures as the core,lay the serve for students as coming point;lay the enhancement of campus culture as the main-line, and then promote the quality education overall
