摘　　要：现代信息技术的飞速发展,给电大的德育教育带来了严峻的挑战,特别是以计算机网络技术为代表的现代教 育技术的普及应用、信息全球化、文化多元化,迫使电大德育教育不断开拓创新才能适应时代发展的要求。With the rapid development of the modem information technology, the moral education in open universities is given a severe challenge. Especially the popularization and application of modern education technologies whose represent is computer network, information globalism and culture pluralism force the moral education of open universities to innovate continuously so that it can adapt to the development of new era.
