摘　　要：食品工业专家系统作为人工智能的一个分支,是总结食品专家在实际工作中运用其知识解决实际问题的经验、方法和步骤,利用计算机模拟食品专家进行食品营养保健咨询;食品工业的数据分析;食品生产的工业控制;食品工厂的设计。The expert system of food industry as a branch of artificial intelligence is sum up the experience, method and procedure of the solution for problem by food expert in practical work. Simulated food expert by computer and carried out consultation of food nutrition and health, data analysis of food industry, industrial control of food production, and design of food factory. The system can be applied for directing the production of our food industry .
