摘  要:Braintisuesareunabletostoreoxygenandenergy,thustheycompletelyrelyontheoxygenandglucosefrombloodstreamtosupplyenergyfortheacti...Abstract The effects of Tetrandrine(Tet) and Fructose 1,6 diphosphate(FDP) on the anti anoxia in mice and free calcium concentration of synaptosomes induced by lacking oxygen or glucose were investigated. The treatment with Tet 5 0, 10 0 or 15 0mg/kg or with FDP 200 and 350mg/kg ip 15 min before test, significantly increased the anti anoxia time in NIH mice. Tet and FDP also displayed a inhibitive effects on the free calcium concentration of synaptosomes in rat brain. The treatment with Tet 10, 30 and 60μmol/L, or with FDP 15, 30 and 75μmol/L, remarkblely decreased the free calcium concentration of synaptosomes induced by lacking oxygen or glucose in rat. All the effects of Tet and FDP mentioned above were in a dose dependent manner. A combination of Tet and FDP administered in experiment, produced more abviously effect than which treated with Tet or FDP alone. The results showed that FDP did protect the brain from ischemia in coordination with Tet. The present study indicate that T
