摘　　要：本文介绍了我国农副产品深加工的现状 ,阐述发展农副产品深加工对发展我国经济的意义 ,并预测十五期间的发展及给食品机械、包装机械发展带来的机遇。In this article, we introduced the present situation that the deep processing of agricultural and side_line products in our country, expounded the meaning to our economy that the deep processing of agricultural and side_line products would bring to, forecasted the development during the '10th 5_year plan', and the opportunity that the development would bring to the food and packaging machinery.
