摘　　要：“丝绸之路”是中国古代精美、华贵的丝绸远销意大利罗马、西亚、欧洲等国家和地区而闻名的美称。中国的白酒发展历史也酷似“古丝绸”的特性。据考证,山西杏花村汾酒产生于商代,相传今天的茅台、泸酒及其他一些酒都与汾酒有着千丝万缕的关系。(孙悟)In ancient China,the elegant and delicate silk sold to a far distance including Rome in Italy,West Asia and Europe.This famous event is entitled as'Silk Road'.The development history of liquors in China has the similarities with'Silk Road'.According to textual research,Fenjiu Liquor initiated in Shang dynasty and it gradually became the mainstream of liquors like Sichuan liquors nowadays and its production techniques spread throughout China.The production techniques of Maotai Liquor,Luzhou Liquor and other types of liquors either inherited or had direct relations to the techniques of Fenjiu Liquors.(Tran.by YUE Yang)
