摘  要:介绍了与叉车配套的柴油机改装成燃用液化石油气(LPG)发动机的台架试验结果。作者针对叉车发动机的常用运行工况,采用宽域空燃比氧传感器(UEGO)的电控单元来控制发动机的空燃比,得到了在中、高转速下的HC、CO、NO_x、排气温度同空燃比的关系。试验结果表明空燃比对LPG发动机排放影响极大,为了得到较好的排放性能,需要随工况的变化精确地控制空燃比。The test results of an electronically controlled LPG engine, which was refitted from a forklift diesel engine,have been introduced. The electronic control unit with a universal wide range exhaust gas oxygen sensor(UEGO)is used to control the air-fuel ratio,and then in the medium and high speed and load conditions,the relations between the air-fuel ratio and HC,CO,NOX emissions,the temperature of exhaust gas of the LPG engine have been decribed. The test results show that the air-fuel ratio significantly affects the exhaust emission from a LPG engine. In order to obtain better exhaust emission performance, the air-fuel ratio should be controlled accurately according to the change of operation conditions.
