摘  要:以实验室自制荞麦醋为筛选原料,经过菌种的富集培养,采用稀释涂布法分离到9株产细菌纤维素的菌株,对9株菌进行传代培养,筛选出了在传代培养过程中,产纤维素量高且产量稳定的菌株J2。对菌株J2进行形态观察以及生理生化特征鉴定,初步确定菌株J2为氧化葡糖杆菌。Homemade buckwheat vinegar was used as screening material.After enrichment culture,9 strains were isolated by diluting and spreading method.The strain J2 which had the ability to produce higher and steadier bacterial cellulose was isolated from enrichment culture medium after being cultured from generation to generation.According to The Manual of Systematic Methods of Determinative Bacterial and Bergey's Manual of Determinative Bacteriology(ninth edition),strain J2's form,physiological and biochemical characteristics were analyzed and it was identified as Gluconobacter oxydans.
