关于高校女生体育理论课教学改革的思考

摘　　要：理论教学是当前高校体育教学改革中的薄弱环节。针对高校女生体育理论教学存在的认识不足,教学内容浅显和教学安排不合理等问题,在指出了理论教学在高校女生体育中的重要作用的基础上,对高校女生体育理论教学,主要从完善教学内容、增加教学课时和妇女体育文化知识、柘宽教学渠道等方面,提出了一些改革思路。Theoretical teaching is the weak link in the pressent teaching reforms of physical training in colleges and universities.This thesis is directed against insufficient cognition being presence about the theoretical teaching of physical training of women students in the institutions of higher learning,and it is also directed against the superficial teaching contents and unreasonable teaching arrangements and some other prob- lems.After I point out that the theoretical teaching plays an important role in the physical training of women students in collieges and universi- ties,I put forward some trains of thought about reforms of theoretical trainingof physical training of women students in colleges and universities, I refer to many respects,mainly in the perfection of the teaching contents,in augmentation of teaching periods and of cultural knowledge of physical training of women,and in widening teaching channels.
