摘　　要：本文介绍Routh—Hurwitz条件的若干应用方法,特别是给出了判别矩阵谱半径小于1的方法,这些方法有实用价值。In this paper, we sum up some applications of Routh-Hurwitz Condition, including the mothed to judge if the spectral radius of a matrix is less than 1 .These motheds are useful in many cases .
