摘 要:中国传统肉制品历史悠久,品种丰富,是我国饮食文化的重要组成部分。调查显示,国内有63%的家庭把肉 制品放在餐桌上,可见国内肉制品市场前景广阔。目前中国肉制品年产量仅200吨,不足肉类总产量的4%,市场 潜力巨大。新科技的投入,设备的更新,再结合传统的技艺,相信定能为中国肉制品带来良好的发展。Meat products have a long history in China. With a wide variety of choices, meat products have become the major part of the country 's food culture. Surveys show that 63% of Chinese families consume meat products daily, proving the promising future of meat products. Today, the annual production rate of meat products in China is 200 metric tons, which is less than 4% of the total meat output. The figure indicates the huge potential market for meat manufacturers. With the combination of advance technology and unique traditional processing method, it is believed that prospects for China's meat products will be positive.
