摘　　要：以灵芝为特色原料,确定发酵工艺条件,配以芦荟原汁及人参浸提液,经调配制成风味独特、具有保健功能的芦荟灵芝酒。Using Ganoderma Lucidum as the characteristic materials, decide the fermentation technology Condition, add Aloe raw juice and ginseng steeping and blending liquor, An Aloe and Ganoderma Lucidum wine which have unique flavour and healthy function was made.
